History at Solihull School is a vibrant and popular subject with large numbers pursuing the subject at GCSE and A level. We have a strong record of academic success and aim to provide a stimulating and enjoyable experience of History whilst at the same time building the skills necessary for exam success. In particular History develops the ability of students to think for themselves, question received wisdom and to draw their own conclusions.
