Chile Earthquake: The Solihull School community was saddened to hear about Saturday’s tragedy in Concepcion, Chile. Many pupils have hosted Chilean students from Wessex School in Concepcion and the school presently has 7 students who have their families in Chile, 4 of those live in Concepcion. Our link with Concepcion has grown over the last 5 years and therefore the shocking news of this 8.8 force earthquake makes us concerned for all those living there and especially for Wessex School, families and friends.
