What the School Should do Better
The school has no significant weaknesses, but would benefit from improvement in the following areas:
- Sharing of best practice and mutual lesson observation are not sufficiently systematic both within and between departments.
- Despite the governors’ undoubted commitment to the best interests of the school, lack of communication with the school community is causing the governors to be perceived as remote by staff and management. Structures in place for the governance of the school do not reflect the best current procedures.
