Solihull School employs almost 400 staff in both teaching and support roles across two campuses.
Teaching staff at Solihull School are hardworking and knowledgeable in their subject area, and inspire pupils to excel. There is an extensive and exciting programme of co-curricular activities, to which all teaching staff are expected to contribute. Support staff are an integral part of the school community, and enhance the pupils’ experience through the provision of administrative, catering, grounds and maintenance support.
