Abigail Humphreys,13, having narrowly missed out on London 2012 selection, exceeded all expectations in the Summer holidays and won two medals at the ASA National Championships. Abigail won bronze in the 200m individual medley and silver in the 400m individual medley.  She has since been reselected for the ASA England Talent programme. Bring on Rio 2016!!
