NEW TEAM, BUSY TERM!

Our team consists of Head of School Jack Arrowsmith and Deputies Abigail Kaur-Bennett and Georgina-May Hart - we are now completely immersed in our roles, having been thrown straight in to such a busy, yet exciting, half term.

We have witnessed events such as the screening of ‘And then they came for me’ and a Q and A with Eva Schloss, the Holocaust survivor whose story we have been honoured to have listened to during her visit to school earlier this term.

We have spoken to pupils and parents at evenings to welcome the new Lower Sixth and make sure that they are settling in comfortably.

We have also helped with tours for pupils from Saint Martin’s school. Showing them around Solihull to make them feel informed and welcome. We are excited to have the Saint Martin’s girls join us next year.

A final highlight to a very rewarding half term was assisting with Junior School Charity Week, and specifically the renowned Tuck Shop Takeover, which was as successful as ever!

Of course, we could not have managed such a smooth start without the assistance of our Senior Bench, who have been incredibly helpful and dedicated, and we are extremely grateful to be working with such a supportive group.

Now, (following a much-needed two weeks’ rest!) we are looking forward to all the exciting things around the corner.
