Solihull do not appear in national performance league tables for GCSE and A Level, and the rationale for this decision can be found in the Headmaster’s Blog.

The Sunday Times: Parent Power Supplement, 5 December 2021

Further to discussion with staff at The Sunday Times, I can now confirm that reference to ‘Solihull Senior School’ in the league table relates to Saint Martin’s School and not Solihull School.

The results listed for Saint Martin’s School, for the period 2017-2019, are:

A Level A*- B: 65.7%

GCSE A* - A (9-7): 58.3%

The corresponding results (not listed) for Solihull School, for the period 2017-2019, are:

A Level A*- B: 80.3%

GCSE A* - A (9-7): 65.4%

Furthermore, our results for 2020 and 2021 are:

2020 A Level A*- B: 91.8%

2020 GCSE 9-7: 73.2%

2021 A Level A*- B: 93.5%

2021 GCSE 9-7: 76.8%

The corrected league table will be made available online later today by The Sunday Times, and we hope to see the correction referenced in print on Sunday 12 December.
