More and more employment opportunities are opening to younger talent, with companies offering an increasing numbers of apprenticeships and school leaver programmes

With this in mind, Solihull School are to host a Careers Convention next week.

With over fifty speakers from leading local businesses and manufacturers, including Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, Brewin Dolphin and the Armed Forces, it will be a great opportunity for students to meet with employers.  

The event will take place on Thursday 5 March 7pm-9pm in the George Hill Building.

Parents and pupils are welcome to come along and move between classrooms, listening to employers talking about what they look for in successful candidates and tips to get into various industries.
