Careers Convention hailed a Success
The Careers Convention saw over 150 pupils and their parents turn up to meet with employers.
With over 40 companies attending, it was a great opportunity for students to find out about a wide variety of jobs and industries.
Mrs Julia Skan, Solihull School’s Careers Advisor said: “It was better than we expected and there was a real buzz in the air.
“The students were enthusiastic about what they had learnt, not just about the companies, but also the opportunities that exist.”
Mrs Skan added: “For me I was delighted to see students approaching employers for work experience, and several have already secured places as a result of last night.”
