    Admissions and Pre Selection Conditions

    The following applies to all entry points:

    • The candidate is age appropriate and demonstrates a level of understanding and maturity in keeping with the year group.
    • If the candidate has any Special Education Needs, learning difference and/or disability this is disclosed fully on the Registration Form.
    • For a pupil with SEN, learning difference and/or disability, the school is able to facilitate the child’s learning alongside his/her peers, making reasonable adjustments as appropriate and has the capacity to ensure they can access education at the same level as other pupils.
    • There is no evidence of unsatisfactory attitudes or behaviours on the part of the parents/guardians of the candidate from their present/previous school.
    • No fee arrears – we reserve the right to establish from any present/previous school or educational establishment that no fees or supplemental charges remain unpaid.
    • Our Registration Fee is non-refundable irrespective of whether the candidate attends our Entrance Examination or Assessment.
    • Parents/guardians shall cooperate with the school and school staff in good faith, in particular by:
      • Maintaining a constructive relationship with school staff
      • Encouraging their child in his or her studies and giving appropriate support at home
      • Keeping the school up-to-date and informed of matters which affect or may affect their child
      • Ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the school about themselves and/or their child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (or changes to it) are not withheld
      • Providing cooperation and assistance to the school so that their child can participate and benefit from the school’s provision of education, pastoral care and co-curricular activities
    • If a current pupil is off roll for the lesser of either one term or a continuous period of 12 calendar weeks i.e. including school holiday periods, then they will be expected to start the admissions process again for entry the following academic year.
    • Parents seeking the admission of their sons or daughters are asked to complete the appropriate online registration form and read the Admissions Policy.
