Travelling to Solihull

By Air: Birmingham International Airport is within easy reach of Solihull, only a 15 minute taxi journey, and has regular scheduled flights to all parts of the United Kingdom, Europe and International destinations.

By Rail: The nearest mainline stations are Birmingham International (15 minutes by taxi) which is on a direct line to Euston, or Solihull (5 minutes by taxi) which is on a direct line to Marylebone. Both have regular service connections to central Birmingham and the West Midlands.

By Road: Solihull is situated to the southeast of central Birmingham just within the motorway ring road of the M42, M6 and M5. The most direct route to Solihull is via the M42.

From the M42: Leave at Junction 5 and join the A41 Solihull Bypass (signposted Solihull, Birmingham). After a short distance leave the A41 by the slip road (signposted Town Centre) and at the roundabout take the second exit to join the B4102 Warwick Road. The entrance to Solihull School will be seen after half a mile on the right-hand side.

Solihull Preparatory School from the M42: Leave at Junction 5 and join the A41 Solihull Bypass (signposted Solihull, Birmingham). After a short distance leave the A41 by the slip road (signposted Town Centre) and at the roundabout take the second exit to join the B4102 Warwick Road. Brueton Avenue is second on the left. Turn into Brueton Avenue and head straight, Malvern Hall can be seen at the end of the road.

From Birmingham City Centre: Leave the inner city ring road at the St Martin’s Circus Queensway to join the A41 (signposted Solihull). Travel along the A41 for approximately six miles and then bear right onto the B425 Warwick Road (signposted Solihull Town Centre). Travel straight across at the roundabout onto the B4102, still Warwick Road. The entrance to Solihull School will be seen after 600 yards on the left-hand side.

Solihull Preparatory School: Go past Solihull School on the left and continue straight through one set of traffic lights. After 200 yards turn first right into Brueton Avenue and head straight, Malvern Hall can be seen at the end of the road.

On Arrival: Visitors are requested to report immediately to Reception. Car parking is available on site.
